today is a very hard day for me. So I want to do this to act upon it.
1) last night I had a wonderful time with my girlfriend
2) we have had 3-4 days of excellent summer weather, sunny but with a little wind, and cool in the evening. The kind of weather that makes you enjoy summer
3) Every day at work some colleague who hasn't seen me for a while (I changed offices for 6 months) compliments me about my weight loss and how I "look good" now.. not strictly appearance-wise, I mean they tell me I look like I feel good. And I do feel good.
Here it's 8.0 in the morning, so I wish you all a pleasant day and send you lots of hugs.
