Holy moly laren helene... "somewhat overweight white female" somehow doesn't strike me as relevant to a therapy notes. I've read most of my therapy records, and I'm happy to say their isn't anything that really bothers me at all. What would bother me though, is if someone else read them (even though not all that revealing)...
