Hi there, sorry to hear you are going through rough times, I was wondering if you ever had a chance to talk to a school counselar, sometimes they can help give you some insight. Sounds like the pressure is hitting on you, have you ever spoke to a therapist?
When I was in college, I had a huge struggle with algebra and then pre-calc, my professor was a wonderful woman, she was puzzled at how I worked out certain equations (sp?), she even asked if I had a learning disability with math, I told her I wasn't offended by her asking me this, cause she was so warm and sincere, she was curious cause she had seen this type of thing over the years, so I went for extra help and sometimes she was able to be my tutor which helped me more, she was great, I finally made it with a "C", but yet I got "A"'s in all other subjects, even made honors twice in the same year. Oh, now computer class at 10pm was not fun, I forgot this was the other only class I got a "C" in.
What I am trying to share, and disregard this if it doesn't apply, is maybe all you need is some guidance, someone of the faculty to see if this is a similar issue, some of us learn and retain things differently, when you are lucky like I was to have help like this, it makes all the difference, some of us are better at visual learning than verbal (verbal, I tend to drift off sometimes) and vice versa.
This doesn't mean anyone is dumb either, our minds process things in individual ways with some subjects.
Okay, I rambled on enough, ha!ha! But I hope I was able to offer some help.
Please take care now,
DE
