I like your plan a lot! I think I might have to try the whole rethinking of beliefs about yourself bit... I already try to do some positive affirmations (Like when people make wishes at 11:11 or 2:22 or whatever, I try to tell myself that I am beautiful and that I am worthwhile or something along those lines). But I was curious... How will you handle it if when you are trying to be rational about the way you think about yourself and negative thoughts which you have trained yourself to believe come up as rationalizations but for the wrong direction? Sorry if that made no sense, I can't quite figure out how to word it... I"m really interested in hearing back from you!
