Chaotic, Yes its very scary to give "details". I remember the first time my "details" escaped my long silence, I was afraid of what T would think of me. I didn't know how I could ever face her again. I wrote her a crisis email stating my fears which helped me before the next session, I needed her to know how I felt before I got there, just incase she "jumped" on me, which of course she wouldnt' have done.
