Once I decided to do the "only eat when I feel hungry" thing, but that did work out so well. I discovered that a rarely ever feel hungry so I could go an entire day eating very little, if anything. I got concerned quickly about this, so now I'm eating regular meals while trying to keep them healthy, and cut down on snacking alot.
But man, alls it takes is a few days of eating out of control and you're back to your old habbits. If I can do it once, then I can do it again.

Depression is the reason for this.... I did it today...wasn't feeling well...have lost 15 pounds since March and wasn't hungry but binged at the one meal...having cake of all things.... Depression takes me like that and makes me do the binge thing.... As you said tomorrow is another day...I hate to see all my hard work go out the window as my 12 yo dd said....heavy sigh
Hope you're back on track...
