Caffeine is the only addiction I have left, and it's been the hardest to give up.
However, when I have been able to stay off it for a couple days at a time, I saw an improvement in my bipolar symptoms.

p.s. I've been to a few nutty docs too--I took my daughter to one guy who was so weird my daughter said she thought he left one of his patients to see his appts. that day.
