There are a lot of books on dream interpretation, take time to go to a book store or library to have a look, I think Sky is on to something there!

I have nightmares from time to time, but they are far too triggering and graphic for this forum. They are however a source for my creative writing.

Take care, and one more thing, there are certain foods and beverages that can trigger disturbing dreams in some people when they consume them too close to bed time.
