I also find this interesting. I find myself parroting what my therapists have said to me in therapy to people here. When they tell me this stuff I dont really think about it, most of the time I just brush it aside and keep with my own coping skills which are great

but when I am helping someone here and I repeat what they tell me it brings it to a whole new light. I then actually try and use it because it makes sense. I suprise myself at the depth of my knowledge lol. I have been in real therapy for about 6 months or so and wow they sure do cram your head full of stuff with out even breaking a sweat. Of course admitting this type of stuff to my therapists would be to much positve reinforcement and they may not handle that well.
