i spent some more time thinking about this post muffy... correct action, correct thinking, correct behavior.....

it caused me to wonder to what degree incorrect behavior and thinking contributed to my depression.. i believe there is a very strong connection...

in the past i harmed others... sometimes it seemed like the best of all options, i.e., harming them in a minor way is better than harming them in a major way...

often i felt pressured and cornered into the situation...

ive learned over time that the correct thinking is to 'First do no harm'... the safety of all is a major factor in correct thinking and behavior....

and it only took 30 years to relearn after the first ego collapse....

so, if i can spare someone some un-necessary pain, be kind... to yourself and others... try to think in the terms of selfless behavior and the least harm.... what comes back to us is always what we give..

thank you for bringing this to my attention muffy..
