hey, i know that it's so much easier said than done, but you really need to use your skills as best as you can. Try to be mindful of all the things that are positives, do something that will keep you as active as possible. Maybe write out what you feel. If you use ice cold water on your wrists for as long as you can handle it, your urge will go away. The feeling of them freezing will cause you pain, but not self-inflict it on yourself negatively. Hang in there. If you need to chat, i'm open to it.
