How did it go with the marriage T? I think its great that you're going even if your H won't go with you right now. My H was actually more willing to go at first than I was. I was just scared because I'm an extreme introvert and had never been in therapy before. Maybe your H just needs time and it might help him see that you really want to improve your marriage even if he isn't ready to go to T yet.
