I felt like Ambien wasn't working as well for me as it used to. I went 3 nights without taking any sleeping meds. I slept horribly for 2 of those nights and ok for 1. Now I'm back to taking it every night again and it seems to be working better.
I know what you mean about the brain massage. That's a good way to put it. It reminds me of the old days when I could actually just get tired and go to sleep.
