I HATE to sleep--feel like it is a waste of time. And with my bipolar I don't sleep much & the doc tells me how important a regular sleep schedular is. Already take 3 meds that are sedating--they knock me out for about 2 hours--then I'm up *& raring to go. She wants to add Sere
