Journey, that was a great post!

Hey Roz, I know those feelings but I don't let them attack me anymore.

I was raised like Jenn, where it's instilled in you that your not worth love, let alone a break.

But it isn't true.

One day you will really really get that - it isn't true!

Simply a lie. An old tape.

What is worthless is the tape that runs saying you are less than anything or not deserving of happiness.

You are!!!!

So, Dear Person, please know you deserve to embrace every happiness and if you do anything today, pick one thing and embrace it - with love, joy or satisfaction ... or something else positive... whatever comes to your mind.

I'm going to get flowers and fill my house with them.

You know why? I'm worth it. People, family , friends see that too - it's contagious!
