halliebeth, i've actually taken restoril. didn't do a thing for me, i was on 10 mg but i often took more so it would work, only it didn't, even at 60 or 80 mg. but that might be because i had been sent to the psych ward due to a xanax overdose and maybe that's why restoril had no effect on me.
