It's not an immediate "cure," Hun. You need to keep doing it over and over. Possitives don't penetrate the brain as easily as negatives.
Watch your self-talk, too, when you're away from the mirror. Just keep telling yourself nice things about yourself... just like you would a little child that's feeling low. Practice Kindness on yourself.
