Defiantly not and hence why parents should take notice of the PG-13 rating (meaning no one under 13 permitted)... but sadly many did not and there was a young child that kept on crying every time the jokers face popped up - this child will probably forever hate the joker & clowns, and have nightmares all because of his loving parents.
Why do parents act stupid as though their brain has left them?
IMO - the movie did not constitute a R rating as there was no extreme blood, gore, sex or nudity....
just good old hero to villain action movie done in the normal awesome Batman style w/ a twist of craziness added to it.
I will see it again when it comes out on DVD.
