I don't post often.. in this forum... but I have SI'ed in my lifetime..

and I am having a terrible problem right now..

I am DID... so have alters.... a 13 year old.. and a 23 year old..

and.. now..they are active.. and... today.. had a terrible time.. to keep them from SI...

they wanted to punish themselves for painting a planting pot.. the wrong color....

I am another alter searching for answers... why would they do that???

I had to call therapist... and sedate them.. yes they are me... but.. I don't feel the impact of the sedation... only they do...

I can't live like this... it is horrible...
