Very cute! I know a tiny bit about rabbits because we have them too and my sister has bred some of hers. Are their ears open yet? My guess is that they are a few days to maybe a week old already. Basically all you really can do is let them and the mother be until they have their eyes and ears fully open. If you handle them a lot, their mother might kill them. So actually, you should check that, and also to make sure they are being fed. If not, you might have to get some kitten milk from a pet store, and feed it to them by eye dropper. But it does look like you don't have that to worry about.
And definitely as soon as they can eat on their own, get them into seperate cages because they can breed like crazy. We also had an accidental litter from a rabbit who was still a baby herself, and she didn't take care of them. They ended up dying within 4 days.
