My t would read it, print it, and bring it up in session.
and i would cry all week thinking t doesn't care.

I have to say IN THE SUBJECT line and in the FIRST LINE of the paragraph - "Question - could you please respond?"

I've only done this once. in 5 yrs of therapy. And when I did, I got a response saying "Kiya - this was very clear communication, thank you." ...and then she answered the wrong question Remember that just because it is clear in OUR minds doesn't mean it is for any body else i know it totally bites.
