Hi brokengirl,

Do you see a psychologist? If not, give it a shot. Nothing to lose by doing so. I've found personally for me that sleep deprivation only contributes to feeling bad, physically and mentally.

Keeping a journal is helpful too, even if you don't write in it every day.
