Hi Hcab, I got better by breaking things down into small peices. Staying in the moment and understanding how I was feeling and why and how I was responding to people/environment and why helped me a lot. Once I got a handle on some issue that I was having I then figured out where it came from (low self-worth was from having a self-absorbed mother - if your mom doesn't value you, you must really be worthless! After I realized this I worked through it and discovered that this was her problem, not a reflection of my self-worth).

Is it scary for you to ask for help? What do you mean by your narcissistic issues exactly?
