Please keep us posted on the situation. Glad you are feeling more hopeful. If you pay at least part of the bill, doesn't company have to keep power on? Isn't there some law against turning off power in cold weather where people may freeze to death? Isn't the company risking a manslaughter suit or indifferent endangerment of something.
