I know exactly how you feel, I'm 300 plus, had to turn down going to a concert because the seats are too darn small, and it was a great person to see. Glad you found us here, we will help you through it and maybe see your primary doctor and he/she can suggest someone to make up a proper diet for you. My nurse tells me I should eat 6 small meals a day breakfast, lunch, dinner, between meals fruit and yogurts, but most of all must must must drink 8 glasses of water. Check your area for over eater anonymous, that is free in my area.
