they were transferred without anyone getting to speak with them.. from the family i mean. They kept telling me to call the patient phone (is there only one phone?!) and it was busy... when i got home from production they had been transferred. i got given a number to call but then they gave me another number who gave me a third number who told me that they couldn't tell me if the person is admitted there or not...
but at least they are alive.
