During my time in the ha-ha house this week (one I'd not been in before), the staff psychologist gave me a pile of tests.

Apparently, according to my results, I am depressed and anxious (no, really? that's only why I was there) ... but also have borderline traits (that tends to come up because of the SI) and am avoidant.

I have been at this therapy and med and general mental health crap a long, long time, and up to now NO ONE has ever suggested that I have personality disorders.

I guess I'm just looking for some understanding, because I don't quite get it. I mean, just because I prefer to be by myself most of the time, it's cause to label me?? And as far as "unstable relationships," I'm still in touch with friends I've had since early elementary school 30+ years ago. So what gives?
