<font color="purple">It depends, when I'm depressed, I usualy stay up as late as possible, and then after that sleep as much as my body will allow me without feeling so over-slept that you start to get nauseated and even more weary.

I don't know what you would call that...except a very unhealthy sleep-pattern.

Kind of like...right now (it's past 3:30am where I live right now as I type)</font>
