I changed my T after 8 years. I had to switch Pdocs and when I met my new Pdoc I knew I wanted to do therapy with her. I hadn't been doing much work in therapy with the old T. I just knew it was time for a change.

I think you are doing the right thing. Once you find a new T you will be surprised at the difference.
