Yes, indeed, I know what you mean. I am all compartments! So much so that I feel as if there are different mes held together by gaffer tape that comes unstuck in places every now and then, and then I race around sticking more tape on.

Thank you for posting. I will trust that you are right on Psychotherapy helping to get to know all those different bits of ourselves.
