I don't know what your circumstances are, why you are so down. But if all we look at is the bad and the negative we would never survive. We must look at the positives as small as they maybe at times, for if we don't we will surely die. Your world (fantasy or reality) is what you make it. You have but one life it is so short don't waist too much time worrying about things of the past or things to come, live it to the fullest, day by day, as if each one was your last.

I know that this is probably a sick way of handling what could be depression, but when I get down I look at how bad some people have it. Some people just have these awful, horrible things happen to them with no good reason at all. Especially children, I hate to see children suffer. It makes me see how good I have it, my children are safe healthy, I am in good health, I have a lot to be thankful for, yes I have obstacles but I can overcome them, it makes me count my blessings.
