I received care from my Student Health Services at university. The counselling side of things only offered twelve sessions but offered to help me find a free counsellor at the end of the twelve sessions. The psychiatric side of things was ok, I got to see a psychiatrist every two weeks and receive medications. The initial interview was pretty extensive and she put me in touch with a good ptsd clinic. As far as find a therapist, I would still recommend you seek someone in the community, as the school ones, you may end up with a graduate student or the therapist you end up with may not be as accessable on weekends and with emergency calls as an outside one. I find the school therapists are mostly overworked and do not devote as much time and effort as someone in the community.

Good luck with your university career tho!!!
