Sad thing is that the truth hurts & is never easy......our thought processes that aren't working have to be challenged......but the other truth......when it comes from someone else & it isn't out thinking......it's harder to accept.

Your harsh words to yourself will probably be listened more to by yourself than if they came from 1000 other people.......love your honest approach to yourself.....reality is what it is & we have to deal with it ourselves. I hope you really listen to yourself as what you said is the best & most honest advice you will ever get.
