I'm going through a version of this myself right now, I know how rough it can be.
Maybe choose one of those skills and try that, just one to start with. I managed to get myself out for some exercise and that did help. I noticed that once one thing helped take the edge off I was then able to think of something else to try.
Waiting time is hard for me too. I think in a lot of ways the wait can be more challenging than the actual change/event itself.
