I like that response! When someone compliments me on my students (I teach), I often agree, "Yes, aren't they ____? I am so proud of them!"

I am learning to share my accomplishments with my T and accept that he feels good with me, but accepting the compliments he gives of his own volition is still really challenging. Probably because I'm not in control and I have a hard time trusting he has no deeper motives.
