It's very similar to going on a blind date. I did find some info on yesterday's and today's T online with a picture and description of their philosophy. But nothing really does it but sitting with the person. Only then can you tell if you feel comfortable with someone. The rest of it is just good information.

Good luck on your return to therapy. I hope you have an easier time than I've had finding someone to work with.

Even after a nights sleep, I still have good feelings about the T I met yesterday. No red flags. It'll be interesting to see how my appointment this afternoon with yet another T works out. What if I like both of them?!? Yikes! Hadn't thought of that happening. lol

"What is Real? asked the Velveteen Rabbit one day.

"Real isn't how you are made," said the Skin Horse. "It's a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real."

"Does it hurt?" asked the Rabbit.

"Sometimes," said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. "When you are Real you don't mind being hurt."
