Glad you're staying on top of all that. Funny, mine started yesterday, too. Bleah. About the thyroid, though...see what your TSH value is. If it's in the normal range but it's maybe somewhere between 3-6, you might benefit from bringing it down to about 1.5 or 2. That's the level where I feel the best and I started getting regular periods. Before going on thyroid meds, my TSH would be around 5 something, "normal", but apparently too high for me.
At least that's what helped me. Not sure why, and maybe it's just a fluke.
