Gosh, I know that feeling all too well! It is really tough to distinguish.
I wonder if there is a way you can "check" yourself and try to be more aware of what you are doing or where you are right after T. I find dissociation worse right after T. I think because maybe you are more focused on what you had just talked about and may be mulling it over in your head?! IDK, just a thought.
