I'm in search of an affordable, yet reliable host. Preferably offers free site statistics. Can handle 1.5 million hits per month without charging an arm and a leg and offers fast loading servers.

Will need cgi-bin, latest version of Perl, MySql, send mail, and maybe Apache. These are all pretty standard with reputable hosts.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. If you include the month-to-month rate I'll love you even more. Thanks gang.
