Not all roommates are the same and maybe since they work for the same company they will be better because you will have that in common. I would first see what happens, how it is all set up and how many roommates there are. If there are many, then you can make friends with some who think like you do and maybe help the others behave right. I do not think the company will pay to do a place just for you, that is expensive.

How long will you be there? Maybe it will not be too long and you can just not spend any time there with the other people but be more on your own except when you are sleeping.
