I know a number of folks who found PC that were shy and withdrawn but have worked hard to come out of their shell so to speak. (I'm one of them! LOL)

You have taken a large step to communicate and I'm sure it will give you a great payoff in the long run. Just take your time and relax here...there is no pressure from anyone on you. Share when you feel you can, support when you feel you can. That's what this place is all about!
