I can really relate to that feeling of "I said too much". That feeling is really what led me to just being ready to up and quit therapy yesterday.
Can you breathe, and know that T cares about you, and accepts you as you are? You have such a good relationship with T, nothing you say in session will change that.
The spot you're in is so painful. Would it help to call T?
