Wanted to let you all know, after stressing out the past two days so bad over this application. And not being able to contact my counsler for help. I went to her office earlier today. She sat down with me and helped me fill it out. She then told me to call my pdoc and let him know what was going on. I talked to him and he agreed with what she told me to give in answers on the application. He said if they contact him he cannot give them any information on me unless i sign some papers. He suggested that i not sign those papers either.

They were both very helpful with me and told me, okay its time to calm down now. lol. I'm glad thats over with and tomorrow sometime i will hand the application in. I'll let ya'll know what comes out of this.
