The look on my doctor's face was priceless today. I have been having some body aches as well as my ears have been hurting lately so I went to see my doc and he ran some bloodwork and while I was there I asked btw what was my weight last time I was here? He looked and then looked back some more and said what are you doing? I said why? The look on his face was just that of utter disbelief because in the last month and half I have lost 26lbs. I'm not sure how I did it but some how I have. I guess this not eating much and then going to eating more has worked. In the last week I have lost 7lbs. He was shocked and then said whatever you are doing keep it up.

As for the body aches he thinks its my cholestrol meds that are doing it. He said its one of the side effects and also ran a bunch of blood work. I asked him if he has tested my Vitamin D level lately because I was watching this show recently where there was a rather large man who had body aches and they tested his Vitamin D level and it was low and he started to take Vitamin D and it went away. So he threw that test into the mix. So in about a week I should know the results of my blood work.
