I made the mistake of watching Dr. Phil yesterday and had a major nightmare last night. I dreamed it, felt it, experienced it and still get the shiveres every time I think about the dream. I talked about it in therapy today and my T told me that I am not to watch anything real intense for awhile. Both regarding the topic and also anything just intense. I think its a good idea. I went to watch my favorite show tonight and got to thinking it was a bad idea and think I'm just going to watch fluff for awhile until the bad feelings go away.
