I think sometimes I question, if my Higher Power is listening, because when I am talking I think is this valid? Does this warrant being listened too? Am I worth the time and the effort to make what ever I want to happen, happen?

God loves all of His children and He listens to all of us, whether we think we are worthy of His listening to us or not. It's God's decision as to what we are praying for is a good thing for us or not.
