I guess it is good that you have insight and recognise the reasons you have no money in your account despite being employed full time. And I really feel the same as you about not wanting to get cheaper sessions because I always feel like my T has to earn a wage as well, they also have their own financial commitments.

But maybe you just realistically can't afford to see him for the next week or two. Maybe try to use this as a lesson in how to manage your finances better and next time you find yourself impulsively spending you might remember the consequences. Think of it as a good life lesson
