I apologize to anyone and everyone who I might have offended by: (a) revealing the full, ugly truth about my depression-related maladaptive behaviors and/or (b) revealing my true name in a way to help remove the stigma of mental illness.

This was advertised as a support group, not an online group therapy group or a twelve-step where "triggers" could not be mentioned, even accidentally. I will gladly leave the forum and the website if you all should so choose.

All I wanted was support for my major depression and to support other similar people with depression, but I guess my attempts at honesty have been misinterpreted and unappreciated.

I'm sorry for any offense. Good luck with your mental health, people.
