When I go through my periods of anxiety, they last for weeks. For me anyway. I wind myself up. I have been going through this for years and still to this day I have a hard time with anxiety and mind control over it. I dont want to scare you and tell you that it will last for weeks, I'm just telling you my story.
I recently made a post reply to someone who was having questions on what steps to take to deal with their anxiety. I will give you the same advice, as I have applied these techniques to my personal experiences.
I do my breathing excersizes. Visualizations. I also write in a journal. This helps me pinpoint my triggers.
I'm am sorry if I wasnt much help to you. I hope that your anxiety is very short lived. I know how difficult and hard it can be on your body to go through all of this.
