at first my response was no... its all in how he uses it... BUT, then after reading a few posts I got to thinking... I wouldnt want one that was too big that it was painful and not pleasurable... And I also would not want one that was too small that I didnt know if it was in there or not , again not satisfying.......

So my final answer is , YES size matters...
